It is fall, and it is time for consolation meals! I do not want an excuse to prepare dinner an Australian Angus beef, grass-fed, New York loin roast, however when it is wet and chilly outdoors, I will throw some butter and recent herbs in a skillet and go to city!

 

The important thing to this recipe is to get an excellent sear on the surface with a SMOKING HOT forged iron skillet.  Hold a meat thermometer helpful, so you do not overcook it…Aussie grass-fed beef is finest loved medium-rare!

 

Aussie Butter & Herb NY Loin Roast

 

Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook dinner Time: 40 minutes / Servings: 6-8

 

Elements:

 

  • Three lbs. Open Nature Angus Beef New York Loin Roast (out there at Safeway)

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

  • 3-Four sprigs recent thyme
